  Terrible service on Super Bowl Sunday.   Apparently they don't know people eat pizza and wings on Super Sunday.  They were out of hot wings, they were out of 'shrooms for the pizza, and the hand tossed crust was undercooked and soft.   The mild wings we got were unidentifiable chicken pieces, not wings and drums.  On top of that they don't offer any online ordering.   My kids liked their pizza but last time I'll eat from this dump.  Geogio's, Nick's and The Pizza Place down the street are all much better and Papa Saverios in Lake in the Hills has great delivery service.

  Do not believe that this place is willing to pay the franchise fee's so there are no deals to be had.  They don't have online ordering and they don't have any of the deals seen in commercials.  Go to Mchenry.

  An awful experience. My daughter received a coupon for a free pan pizza from her school.  The server tells me after the order is placed the coupon  expired 7 days ago.  He tells me "if you had a ink pen, I could fix it." I ask him how much for the drink my daughter ordered, $1.00.
  
  So, I give him the dollar. On the way out, I ask to speak to the manager. The lady behind the register identifies herself as the "Corporate Manager". I express my disappointment and she said, " Pizza Hut is the only company that does the program and by the way theres tax on the drink".
  
  Never will I set foot in that hole again.

  Dine in restaurant with a nice fireplace in the center of the room. Not much else to say about that.
  
  The bathrooms are down a flight of stairs in the basement. Definitely not wheelchair accessible. Plus it has a nasty mildew smell down there.
