Short, sweet, and dissapointment
Ambiance - it's the Union Station, so it's supposed to be fast food... Grab your food and off you go... and that's how I feel about this place. Â Grabbed my food, and I'm off.. never looking back!
The Good - NOTHING. Not the service, not the food, not even the wings!
The Bad - EVERYTHING! You can't mess up wings, but they did! Their personal pizza must have been sitting for hours because it's harder than a rock and it tasted like one too! You're not supposed be able to go wrong with breadsticks either, but boy, let me tell ya, that this was cold, and had no flavor!
The Bottom line - if you're craving pizza, please save it for another day and go with another place. Â This place is not worth it.
Other than that, it's Pizzahut. Â That's all I have to say about that. Â The pizza is OK, but you can get better elsewhere. Â Also, the breadsticks, which usually are the highlight of the meal were sub-par today. Â They weren't warm enough, were hard and there wasn't enough cheese on them.
The cover for the marinara sauce for the breadsticks was broken and also was not closed all the way. Â My brother went to unravel the bag so we could enjoy our pizza on the way home from the Bears game and ended up getting sauce all over my boyfriend, me and a man standing in the area below us on the Metra. Â True story. Â Granted, part of it was his fault, but the employee should have checked that before giving it to us.
Skip it, IMO.
It's unfortunate that this is the only pizza option in Union Station because I love pizza. Generally I like Pizza Hut too, so we should get along, but unfortunately we don't.
The only thing available (at least as far as I know) is the personal pan pizzas, which are way too small. Plus, most of it is crust! I ordered the  combo because it would be cheaper to get that than the little pizza and breadsticks by themselves. It came out to be pretty high. I mean, this is Pizza Hut, not a sit down restaurant. I was pretty disappointed.
