To be honest I have not been here in a year or so, and I hate late reviews, but I do not understand why there are such low stars! Â It is cheap, well maintained (one of the best I have seen, not like I have been to many that weren't bars) and accommodates to all ages. Â Which was where I spent a few nights with friends in high school. Â Yeah, it doesn't have a bar, go get your fix somewhere else you addicts. Parking right in front, when we went there you could not smoke inside and I bet it is the same, which is even better and hard to find these days!
Review Source:I've only been here once because it is wa-a-a-ay out in Palatine. Â I was out there for some other reason and decided to swing by Quentins and check it out.
First, its a pool hall, not a bar, so no liquor and all ages. Â But, since it doesn't have a liquor license, it stays open 24 hours some nights! Â I couldn't believe it and thought they must close if no one is there... but if you have a jones for pool at some crazy hour, give them a call, they may be open.
The tables are regulation size and in good shape (although they didn't have a bridge for every table which bugs me). Â I think there were about 15 tables? Â They had beverages for sale and a vending machine for snacks. Â There may have been other food options but not anything special.
When I left around 9 pm on a Saturday night there were only three other tables in use. Â Two had pairs of guys in their 20s, the third had 3 high school girls.
