Worst Rally's I have ever been to. Â Every time I have been to this location something has been wrong with my order, either I was given the wrong items or the items were poorly cooked or poorly assembled. Â A true sign that the employees at this location could not care less about customer satisfaction. Â The last time I visited this location (and I say the last time because it will be the LAST time) I was served food that was so severely overcooked it was inedible. Â My burger patties had been cooked so long that they had actually shrunk in size and covered maybe only half of the bun. Â They looked more like sausage patties than burger patties. Â They were also so hard they were actually crunchy. Â The fries were overcooked as well there was no actual potato left in the centers of them they were just hard crunchy hollow shells of the fries they once had been. Â I understand that sometimes in a fast food restaurant things can get busy and things can get overcooked accidentally but when that happens you throw it away, you don't serve it to customers. Â I think I can speak for everyone when I say I would rather wait for new food to be cooked that I could actually eat instead of wasting my money on food I had to throw away.
Review Source:For really quick fast food, this isn't bad. It's a bit of a run-down location, but what do you expect from a quick fast food place here?
The drive-through is slow, and the people running it are not the most friendly. Plus, it's in a weird sort of location, so it's easy to get into, but hard to leave (like, you have to wait for a streetlight to get out of the parking lot).
If it weren't for the fact we were within a block of it and the GF was craving fast food, we wouldn't have stopped. But it could have been worse.
