25 minute wait for a place that was empty?  
Just want to say something about the salt content of this food.  It is "seasoned"
This place looked fun to hang out at.  The water thing...  The other thing...  and that other thing...Weird that no one told us about the other "things"... hmm customer service?

Food isn't that great.  Service isn't either.  Priced a little too high.

When Shamus T was in Carlotta it was great. When they got their new place I heard they had problems at first.  I just started going a couple of months ago and have not been disappointed.  I have mostly gone on Monday nights as they have live music and what they call the "T Bone Shuffle" which is an open jam nite.  They have a special Tex Mex menu that night too with a prime rib casa dillas which are really really good and the service has been friendly and excellent every time I have been there so far.  I am a fan!

Fun place. Food was good. Noisy.
