The food is good, the prices are better. One of the most reasonable brunch spots I know of in Chicago. Their skillet was good. when it comes to diners especially, the quality fo your food needs to out-do the price, and that's what Stella's does. Good food for a good price. I go for the skillets.
Review Source:I don't know why it took me so long to try Stella's--it is literally on my corner. But once I did, I went back three days in a row. The staff is super warm and welcoming, especially at slower times of the day. One waitress recommended her favorite, the spinach roll-ups as an appetizer (fried, not grilled) and they are CRAZY delicious. Portions are sizable, everything I've had has been tasty. I also give a strong recommend to the chocolate pudding, which is made in-house and is super decadent. It's not cheap for diner food, but I think that it's worth the price.
