Subway

I got the cold cut combo, a sandwich that I've had 30 times in my life. I got home, and could tell by the smell when I took it out of the bag that it was bad. I called the store to get a credit, because I wasn't driving back, and they insisted the meat was fresh. I didn't want to go to war over a $4 sandwich. But fresh? No. No it wasn't. One star.

oh ohhh.

So, despite their AMAZING service... guess what I just saw hovering above the veggie section? Not one, not 2, but 4 fruit flies. Just there. Hangin'. Chillin'. Just there, hovering above all the veggies which I (used to) love and overload them on my sandwiches.

If you are lucky to come by on a Tuesday or Wednesday (sometimes the dreaded laundry night for me) there is a certain Sandwich Artist who may as well be deemed the Picasso of Subway - he adds extra veggies, pickles and toppings to ensure your 6 or 12-incher is busting at the seams! Excellence, really.
