Walked in, got in line...

23 minutes later we had our food. Oh wait, ooops, just kidding! They gave us the wrong food.

25 minutes later, we had our food.

The employees are rude and a total freakin' mess. This Wendy's needs serious help.

Horrible service ever !!! How easy ur job is to work there !!!?? Pretty stupid easy !!! They never get to order right . I mean never !!!!! A ten year old kids can do their job way better .

I've been going to this Wendys for about 5 yrs but the past few visits here have never been quite this bad. This is after all, a fast food place with min wage paid employees so I wouldn't expect 5 star services but the staff would generally be doing what they should be doing and were courteous.  The past few visits, the staff were so skanky and rude, I'm afraid of going back for fear of them spitting in my food just for fun.  From short, curt responses to a woman talking on a cell phone while at the drive thru window, the employees must currently be unsupervised or the current management hasn't gotten their act together yet because recent visits have hit an all time low in customer service, even for fast food joints. I'm so sad because I'm going to really miss those frosties :(
