Subway

Back in the days where I was a super picky eater (trust me, I'm shocked too), this would be my go to place to avoid anything remotely ethnic, which at the EMU, a majority of the cafes / food choices would normally be.  Subway was the most efficient food court place at the time, with fast transactions and simple but good sandwiches.  It probably helped that most of the ladies working behind the counter were super cute.

A no brainer was the sandwiches were as good as any standalone Subway restaurant.  A meatball sub was a mere $5 at the time and often times campus specials kept the price cheaper for students so ordering here was better than doing it at an outside location.

Since this is the EMU, seating is never an issue here.  Food court seating means this subway is just a counter with a franchise sponsored sign.  Jared would be quite proud.

As many of the businesses come and go through the EMU, one of the few constants here has been Subway.  Long live the meatball sub and hopefully it'll remain for years to come.
