Terrible service! Â Having lived in the area since 1966 and occassionally eating here, this will be our last stop at this Dennys. Â Standing and waiting to be seated, a waitress with a smile came and seated us in a booth she cleaned first. Â gave us a menu, coffee and water. Â Then left. Â Most of the customers had left but a few new ones came in while we wiated for our order to be taken. Â This waitress was not our waitress. Â After ten minutes I started looking to see where another waitress was and saw her standing and talking near the cash register. Â She saw me looking at her, but turned back to talking. Â We waited and finally she took a a family who just walked in the restaurant, to a table next to us. Â I asked if there was a waitress for us and got a snotty answer. Â " I'm your waitress when I get the time " and walked to the other end of the restaurant where she picked up a booster seat for the child just seated. Â She came for our order, took it and left. Â After another long wait of at least ten minutes she brought the table next to us their order. Â With that we walked out and left. Â Good service...she doesn't know the meaning. Â Sorry Dennys...you need to know about how some of your waitresses are treating customers.

When I showed up which was a 8AM for a business breakfast, I was amazed that we were really the only two in this place. You would think with two hotel/motel's within walking distance that it would be a little busier but it's not.
The service was very prompt and courteous, and the coffee just kept on flowing. The food is your standard diner meal. For me the chicken fried steak was a lttle too thick and over cooked so it made it difficult to chew. The eggs were perfect (over easy as always), and I know the masses do not like to have salt in their food, however I enjoy the taste of sodium and once applied, made the food better.
