Taco Burrito King

I do not know what is great about this place. I love Mexican Food and Burritos, but this place is so expensive. A typical burrito is around 5 bucks, here its above 5 bucks and is not as great as other typical Mexican restaurants.

Food is great. If you're from the west suburbs you'll find it tastes like a Los burritos. Sometimes the staff seems a little immature and unreliable. Not to mention the time I heard the cook shout out that he was going to take a shit right before I bit into my dinner.

Absolutely worst customer service of any restaurant I've ever been. It's one thing to make a mistake on an order, but to absolutely disregard it and to not even make an attempt to alleviate the situation is unbelievable. And hope that you never have to deal with Tamara "mgr". Just wow. But since the horrible experience I found a restaurant right down the street that blows this away. El Gordo has officially earned my business.
