BEST LATE NIGHT DRUNK FOOD IN THE CITY OR BURBS.

I have been here several times over the past 10 years and am never disappointed.  Normally I pick up on the way home from a night of drinking in the city and there burritos never disappoint.  I recommend the al pastor spicy with fresh jalps, with guac, xtra green sauce on the side.  And I know it's hard to believe but there cheese fries are quite stellar as well.  I have never had this place sober, but for drunk food it cannot be beat.

Calling ahead to place your order and beet the line is always a good call.

TBK is TBK. You generally know it won't be the best mexican but it shouldn't be terrible. This particular location goes above and beyond to suck. I always have some kind of problem here - so now I drive 2 miles South to the one further down Harlem ave. Why would I do that when this one is blocks away?

Guacamole that was obviously from someone's unfinished order (had other meal ingredients in it like chicken from a taco and was browning).
Chips that are stale and taste like finely aged cardboard.
When you ask for cheese they assume you mean a cheese taco with sprinkled on top.
For some reason they cannot do al pastor right here. It's always real sweet and leaves an odd aftertaste. Something is off in the seasoning.

Add on the fact that the staff at this one are incredibly rude and you've got motivation to go elsewhere.

Nothing special here. Microwaved quesadillas and glorified taco bell tacos. Their burritos are slightly better but nothing to go out of your way for.
