Tommy's On Higgins

Stopped in after the NW Side Irish Parade and had a blast. Awesome juke box, nachos were good too.

What the hell happened to this place?  Dumpy, owner obviously hasn't sunk a penny into this joint since 1985.  Seemed to have lost its character and most of the customers considering we stopped in on a Saturday night and it was a ghost town.  Sell the place, give someone else a shot.  What a shame.

It's is a great neighborhood bar. I have been here on many occasions. Met my Friends here for my birthday recently and it was nice being in a place that's not super loud, so you can talk without screaming, but lively enough that you feel welcome. Service is friendly and good! I like the chili too!
