Wendy's

This place has screwed up my drive thru orders more times than they have got it right. Affter about 20 trips to this Wendy's I've given up and give my business to the taco place on the corner and open just as late! I only go to this place when it's raining and Im too lazy to get out of the car. None of the employees ever look happy, they all look miserable.

I went through the drive-thru late night yesterday around 1:00 a.m. Service was absolutely terrible. Two men were working inside the store. I ordered a Cheddar Burger and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal. I asked for NO mayo on my chicken sandwich and made sure I repeated it to the man taking my order. When he asked me to pull up to the window (not giving me my total) he asked me "YOU WANT MAYO?" and i looked at him and said, no i said i didn't want mayo on my sandwich. He then told me ok and to pull up to the next window...where i was given an attitude for asking for ketchup. Needless to say, I got my food and yup, my chicken sandwich was slathered with MAYO. Fries were cold and nasty. I think your staff needs a refresher on customer service.

I dont know why I keep coming back to this Wendys or why I don't check my order before I leave. Maybe it's the thought that it just makes sense that I receive what I order? I just comprehend how I receive someone else order 50% of the time which is always a crappier meal than what I order. I don't like to eat in here because it always smells like pee. I don't dislike Wendys. Just this one.
