Arrives late, around 10PM last night. Place was not crowded. Ordered 2 beer, took 10 minutes to get. Ordered a salad and was charged $14.00 for a little salad & some chicken on top. That took 1/2 hour to get. Ordered soup with the salad, it arrived after 1/2 waiting, arrived lukewarm. On the plus side, they did reduce the price of the salad after complaining. But the service was still slow. I would understand if they were busy, but they were pretty much empty at that hour.
Review Source:If you are looking for a family restaurant with great music (seasonally) and great food this is your spot . Located next to the basketball hall of fame the parking can be a pain when events are going on at the hall of fame but if you like a quiet dining room, a fun and comfortable bar scene , or a family gathering under the stars while listening to music then uno at the riverfront is where you should be.
Review Source:I ususally LOVE Uno's!! this experience was a little under par. I was traveling for work and staying next door, so was excited to see the Uno's so close. They have an amazing small plates happy hour from 4-7pm if you sit in the bar area. With dishes ranging from $1.99-$2.99. The portions were perfect! I also recommend the Cherry Lemondade cocktail! It was refreshing. Â I had 2 of the small plates: The Guac with Chips and a thin crust pepperoni pizza. The pizza was not good. I should've gone with my gut and got the deep dish. The guac and chips were average. They did have live bands out on the patio, which made my overall experience good.
Review Source:I know it's a chain, but the fact that this specific location is the top selling store in the entire Northeast has to say something, right?
Again, I know it's a chain, but this store has gotten the food portion of the game down to a science. I've had nothing but hot, well-prepared, consistent food.
Really, it's about the fact you can get a decent meal for a cheap price that draws me here. $10 for a pitcher of beer? Yes please.
They have a great patio and live entertainment, so it's a nice spot for a beer after work to mellow out.
Got the stuffed chicken ordered into the Hilton I was staying at for the weekend. Was pretty gross. Even the sides were near inedible. Weird flavors, hard veggies, low quality chicken. Definitely not worth anything near what I payed, especially for the 55min wait. The place was packed to the brim, so that might have contributed to the low quality.
Update: Got really bad stomach ache that lasted a day. I reasonably concluded it was probably Uno's, but who really knows. Ewww.
I'm a fan of this spot for sure, never had an issue with the food. service can be slow at times especially with drinks, but considering there are usually a full outdoor patio, full bar, and restaurant with only a few bartenders, its understandable. $10 for a pitcher of blue moon is a great deal though, especially on a hot day sitting on the patio listening to live music which they have every night late spring through summer. big note however music can be VERY LOUD try to get a seat as far away from the stage as possible! even that may not be enough. wish they regulated how loud the bands speakers are set to more effectivly
