WingStop

This is a review of the wings at WingStop, not this particular location.  While this is the closest to me, my first experience with WingStop came from having it delivered from a delivery service.
So, the wings at WingStop are really good!  Maybe not the best I've ever had but certainly better than I was expecting.  I also thought the ranch dressing was really good as well.  My only complaint really is the size of these wings.  They're tiny!  I ordered 20 but it felt like I was eating half that since the wings are really small.  Next time I will stop in to one of their locations and see what's that like.

HORRIBLE Service! Placed order online and picked up.  The 2 women at  the counter were too focused on talking on the phone and bitching to each other about something that they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me for several minutes.  Once one of them finally looked at me I  was handed my soggy bag of cold food.  Before I could leave 3 ladies came back in to get the ranch dip they ordered and did not receive.  I should've known to check my bag then, but I didn't.  Once I walked to my car I inspected the contents of the bag and realized that the large ranch dip that I paid $4 for wasn't in the bag.  Walked back in to get it from the surly and excruciatingly slow counter clerk.  She didn't bother to apologize, or say anything for that matter.  The cook was too busy flirting with a group of thugs and stoned college girls who walked in and were being loud.

To add insult to injury once I got home I realized that  Miss Personality also neglected to give me the veggie sticks that I paid for.  I'll never order from this location again and will think long and hard before patronizing another Wing Stop again.  The franchisee of this location should fire the whole staff and start fresh with people who can at least get the basics right- like giving customers the food they've ordered and paid for.  Troy Aikman should be ashamed to be the spokesperson for this joint.

The wings here are just okay...definitely had better, but the service is so AWFUL, I seriously considered emailing the manager to let them know that the seemingly emotionless workers and their miserable attitude are single-handedly hurting their business--just look at the other 50 or so reviews here...almost all complain about the staff, service and attitude.

The very moment we walked into the place I knew I wouldn't like the service. The woman at the register was taking a phone order, ROLLING her eyes and pursing her lips the whole time and talking to the caller as if he or she were a nuisance. She got at least 2 more calls during my wait and had the SAME attitude. Another woman began taking my friend's order and was just rude. NO smile, no emotion just "name? Go ahead with your order..." as if she totally did not want to be here...on earth!

The  counter area, where the ketchup, straws, etc. were was also very dirty. I opened the top of the straw box to get a straw rather than push the lever because it was so filthy.

The fries here were the only things I really liked.  That said, I won't come back again...the staff is depressing and the wings are NOT worth the price or lackluster experience.
