Loved this wine bar. Totally a hidden gem. Wine bar tasting is downstairs in a Cave like environment. Super hot French guy as our waiter. the other American guy was a cutie as well & very helpful!
Thank Goodness for groupon for introducing me to this place. The around the world charcuterie & cheese platter was delicious I loved all the choices of different cheeses, salumi & meats with their accompaniments dried fruits, olives, capers, marmalade & bread.
Wine offerings were spot on with the choices I chose the all Italian trio & my friend got the all white trio. I ended up buying the Riesling I had here which was smooth crisp & refreshing for a hot day. Great dark dim place for ladies or a romantic date spot!
At first it looks like an ordinary beer and wine store until you notice the great selection and decent prices. Â Then it gets even better as you are led downstairs to the wine and beer tasting area. Â I like to call it the speak easy section as it gives you the feel of being in a prohibition era basement hiding from the authorities. Â Great selections of beer and the wine selection seems adequate, but I am not really a wine guy. Â Parking is limited but that can be dealt with by parking on the street or around the block. Â You can also have the pizza place or the sausage place deliver their food to you. Â Hop n links and Pizza Loco I believe are the business names next door.
Review Source:You would never expect it to be a wine bar b/c when you first walk in it just looks like another wine store. But the guy takes you downstairs and boom it's an underground wine cellar.
It's a cozy chill little spot. We ordered a pizza and a glass each. We had another spot to go to so that's all we ordered but I would def come back here again.
Great service and ppl are friendly. Def a fan!
