Hole in the wall bar.  It reeks of stale smoke.  You have to be desperate to think this is a nice place to spend a night with friends.

The Belvedere is more like a neighborhood corner bar.  My co-worker and I went on a Sat night, while on a business trip.  I gave it 4 stars mainly because they still allow smoking inside the bar (unlike here in Chicago).  The bartenders/owners Craig and Jackie are great bartenders and the place just has a very unpretentious vibe.  Drinks are reasonably priced and they definitely don't skimp out on the alcohol.
