Terry's Too

So every few Sundays I dread learning that my pool team is shooting at Terry's Too. It's got a gravel lot for parking, clean bathrooms, $2.75 lagers, and a Wawa across the street, but that's about all it has going for it.

It could be very nice. BUT

1. There is a back room with 2 bar-league-size pool tables that are uneven, poorly felted and full of chipped and dented balls. And a TV which at least works.

2. There is a kitchen, and I occasionally see people ordering food from there. However, if you find yourself there and hungry, your best bet is to sneak in a sandwich from Wawa (they will not let you eat it if they see it).

3. The bartender is nice. The clientele is a little rough. For example, one recent Sunday we were treated to several very loud arguments held simultaneously across the bar in which the only dialogue from all those involved consisted of:
                            "P*ssy!"
                            "Don't call me a p^ssy, you're a p$ssy"
repeated ad nauseum, with occasional exciting variants like "Come outside and I'll show you what kind of p*ssy I am" tossed in.

4. There is a gravel parking lot outside. That's pretty cool.

As anyone who knows me will confirm, I am usually much more at home in a blue collar / neighborhood dive bar than I am in anywhere truly nice. This is not the fun, comfortable dive. This is more the sad, downward-spiral type...
