Blue Gibbon Chinese

The food at the Blue Gibbon is consistent and reliable-GOOD. the management is accommodating and ever present to watch over diners and staff. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that most recent visit  was marred by a server who seemed to be overwhelmed by crowd (it was busy, but he could have smiled).  Surely wont keep me from returning, though.

The pork Pad Thai was delicious.  Will return for sure.

For the price and location (it's near where I work), I don't complain about going there to eat if others want to go. However, this place is not particularly a location where I would recommend going. It sadly doesn't even satisfy my American-Chinese food cravings.

On the plus side, the inside is clean, spacious, and can easily accommodate a sizable group of you and your friends. The staff is friendly and the food comes out quickly if you're in a time crunch!

Overall, it's not terrible, but definitely is the generic Americanized Chinese food that still is on the mediocre level of the scale.
