Buffalo Wild Wings

Food is good,the wing sauce is DELICIOUS, beer was ice cold but the service is iffy. Usually I never have a problem sight the service but the last time I was there to watch the knicks in the playoffs so I anticipated that it would be busy but when we did actually get a table our waiter was nasty from the beginning. He barely checked on our table, we had to hunt him down and ask other waiters for refills and whatnot. My food was cold but I blame this mostly on the part of the waiter standing around and talking with other waiters the whole time, so I assume he forgot about our order. I know that this is not a usual thing with all of the waiters because I've had great service there from other people but that guys was horrible. I wish I took his name to make a formal complaint about him, but we just paid our bill and left, no tip,nothing.
I will definitely go here again but if that waiters there I will probably ask for someone else.

I mean come on, it's buffalo wild wings... if you are expecting a gourmet meal, then you have come to the wrong place...

  I like coming here because I like the wings and I like the many many cute guys that come here to watch "the game".  It's a perfect spot for a young single group of boys/girls to go and have a fun time

  Never ever order the chips and salsa.. it tastes like a jar of Ragu.

While my food was good! My Husband's chicken was horrible!
I'm rating this 2 stars strictly because of my anger and disappointment.
My Husband asked Brittany "What would you recommend for sweet and sour sauce" for his boneless chicken....She responds by recommending MANGO HABANERO!!! is she kidding?!?!?!?!? Those went went str8 to the garbage! I saw my husbnads face after he ate one and so I smelled it first, tehn just gave it a little tiny taste. My tongue was on fire!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of money and Hubby left hungry! She's lucky she didn't answer the phone when I called 3x just now. The call went to voicemail. Well I hope they got my message! The chicken were screaming hot!!!!!!! Never knew HABANERO meant sweet and sour.
