Went with my son to pick up kids menu wings and fries to go. The restaurant was pretty slow. I was told that it would take only 15 minutes to get the food. 30 minutes later we left with four wings and a handful of fries. What an unbelievable waste! Not going back!

Ive heard of this place before but never really dined there until my gf told me. And she was shocked because Im a huge sports fan and its a sports bar, what a coincidence! The first time I went to a buffalo wild wings and tried their bonelss wings, I was amazed at how great the wings were with their wild sauce. I haven't tried Hooters' wings but these are great. I've tried their burgers too and they're good, but I'm here for wings! :D

We usually sit by the bar. I've never been disappointed!  The wings are great! I love the appetizers!  They had samples of their pepper poppers! So good we ordered them after ordering our main course!
I wanted to try a dark seasonal beer, but I usually like lighter beer or wheat ales. Our server was so sweet! Brought me a sample for free in a really cute mini stein! Turned out it wasn't for me, so the sample was much appreciated!  Didn't get stuck paying for a beer I didn't like!

Love the food and the atmosphere!
    Love the specials too!

maybe my review is a lil off cuz i went last nite during the superbowl game but i feel like restaurants should be prepared at all times, especially if they know theyre goin 2 b extra busy due to a speciall occassion. anywho, we jus ordered 24 wings with 2 different sauces & some fries. why did that order take almost an hour 2 get 2 us!?! wtf!?! yes it was crowded cuz people were watchin the game but werent u expectin that!? this place is known 4 havin 100 tvs playin every sport u can think of so why wudnt they be ready 4 a ton of people on superbowl nite!? then the lemon pepper wings didnt even have that much lemon pepper taste 2 them!! they put a lot o sauce on the other set of chicken but completely missed the lemon pepper. we asked 4 them 2 take them back & they  just took it off our bill but it still sucked cuz we were soooo ready 4 some lemon pepper chicken! damn man! our waitress was nice & she was cool about us not likin our food but i was disappointed wit our food. i mite give this place another chance on a regular nite but they better be spectacular otherwise im not givin it a 3rd chance!

This is my favorite bww ever. They have the most beautiful, gorgious waitresses! And did I mention sexy ;) My favorites are Jamie, Haley and Mary. Best service around!

Good food, OK service. I went here today and my food was great. I had the boneless buffalo wings and fried pickles. The service was OK.

Love the spicy garlic. Best part of this one is the bar area. They have a booth type seat running along the whole wall, with chairs on the other side of the tables. Nice to be able to sit in a booth in the bar area.

Just had the worst experience I've had at an eating establishment in my life. Arrogant, incompetent staff and terrible policies combined for a complete disaster.

Arrived at 7 pm with a party of two and was told it would be 10-15 minutes for a table. 30 minutes later I asked where we stood on the list and was told we weren't even on it. I took a look at the list and noticed a Jack party of two circled. I asked if that could be us (my name is Josh) and the hostess said probably. I told her ok, can we please be seated. She responded by saying someone else must have wrote my name wrong and we would have to wait. She was the hostess who greeted us and I told her such.

Ten minutes later we were finally seated. After another ten minutes a waitress came to our table and I ordered a beer. I showed her my ID and she said she had to show it to her manager because it was from out of state. The manager returned to my table and notified me I could not be served because there was a price listed on the back per buffalo wild wing policy. While I understand he had nothing to with creating the policy, the way he executed this interaction was extremely rude. I told him I was 25 and offered to show him alternate forms of identification. He said it doesn't matter, I can't be served. He then told me I should have gotten a new Id because I turned 21 four years ago. However, my Id does not expire for another two years.

At this point it had just gotten to be too much and we left. Needless to say, I'm never going back.

My biggest complaint was on a game day Sunday they were passing out sometime of raffle or something.  The kid handing out the sign up sheets went to EVERY table with a male at it but never once approached my table or any other tables full of females.  I believe these people are suppose to make your game day experience better but when they are me gender specific because it is sports it really gives me a bad taste!

Place is fairly new but is starting to feel kinda scuzzy. Also some of the works tend to take an attitude pretty quick. The wings are good but also extremely pricey. I usually try to go for 50 cent Tuesday. Also if you are looking for some place to eat fast this isn't your place, if there is any game, the wait just for a table alone can be almost an hour.

Wings and Beer, thats the reason I've stopped at this place. The service was ok. I've been to lots of Buffalo Wild Wings and honestly the service could use a little make over. The blazing sauce though, on point at EVERY BWW. Some of those babies, a drink and good company...what else could you ask for. Well probably a lot of things but we're talking at BWW. ;)

We love Buffalowwild wings and are regullars to dine and carry out at Bollingbrook,il. location. last night on Sunday at 9.37 we placed an order at Willowbrook location and it took more then 25 minutes for a small carry out of 12 wings, casadilla and onion rings.. The ordertaker even started arguing it was only 12 minutes. Then I had to show her the time order was taken on my receipt and the current  time on the clock. It wan't even busy. I don't mind waiting. But we had to remind the ordertaker who was chatting away from her work area with a friend and forgot to ring our buzzer. When I asked about the delay, she got defensive and instead of being understanding, this kid offered if I'd like to talk to manager. Her attitude told us enough about the manager so I said, it won't necessary and we'd like to be on our way.
Then she went on telling us, look the food is still warm!! Well, I kinda agree with her. It was Lukewarm!!
    Patahetic service and attitude!

Can you say  "pigeon wings" ????? Sad that their namesake wings are so scrawny they look anorexic. Waste of money.

While all Buffalo Wild Wings look the same; same decor, television setup, bar area, and all else, each one I've been to has still been vastly different when it comes to service and quality.

I will have to admit, that it was darker than normal in the place when we first came in on a Sunday afternoon. It was what I called "hangover lighting." Everything was dim, most of the lighting coming from the televisions. There was garbage and crumbs strewn all about the floor, and it looked more like the night crew had not done that great of a job cleaning up the night before.

Unlike my last foray to a BWW, where the service was atrocious, I found our server here to be competent and friendly, which is always a pleasure. Unfortunately, the food quality, was way under par. My wings (tiny- very tiny) were fine, but the boneless wings I ordered were one step away from inedible. I don't know if they were leftovers from the night before, or if the cook decided to take a nap while the batch was in the fryer, but these nuggets were super crunchy, and very dried out. If I wasn't from the school of "eat everything on you plate because there's starving kids in____" I would have left these miserable excuses for chicken well enough alone.

Since the nearest Hooters is in Joliet, and BWW has pretty much monopolized the chicken wing trade in the area, I'm sure I'll be back, though.

Don't waste your money or time.  Go to popeyes or McDonalds and get the nuggets, or go here spend more money and get the same.

What can I say, if you have been to one of these places then you have been to them all. This place is absolutely no different. The wings were standard which is pretty good for this place. I guess the only way that these places can differentiate between each other is the service. Our server did a decent job, no more, no less. It was a solid visit. No more, no less!

I've probably been to this particular branch in excess of a 30 times (I've been to this and other branches over 100 times). This is a great branch of the best sports bar chain around. The wings are simply the best  ever, I'm under 21 so despite my best efforts I cant yet comment on the quality of drinks (I can comment that they ID everyone though). I come here on a regular basis for both lunch and dinner and will continue to do so until the fattening food leads me to my happy death.

After waiting in line for 50 minutes on the UFC finals night we finally got seated. I was with my 23 year old friend from Europe. We wanted to order blue moon, and she showed the waitress her European Union ID. The manager came and told us that he can't serve us because he is not sure if my friend is legal age. Then we showed him her drivers license (also with the birth date and her picture on it) but the manager did not want to serve us anyway.(!)

It was really disappointing and funny at the same time because we obviously were legal age and we have been to the place lots of times before! And we never had any problems with the service.

I give 3 stars because I like their asian zinc wings and the rest of the staff is very nice.

Stopped here on a Friday night on the way home after my cousin stood us up at Midway Airport.  He was flying from Cleveland and somehow ended up in Minneapolis.  WTF?

Anyway I digress.  For a Friday night, this place was pretty dead.  It must have been because it was a slow sports night.  The Blackhawks had already won the Stanley Cup the previous Wednesday, and Game 5 of the NBA Finals wasn't until the following night.

The food was decent but not spectacular.  For a place that is named after the mighty buffalo wing, they were just OK.  First off, they came out room temperature.  I liked that they had a huge selection of wing sauces, but the medium buffalo sauce was much hotter than expected.  The little mini cheesburgers and fries also came out room temperature, and they were just your average pre-formed frozen burger patties.

The sports bar area is pretty cool with lots of big screen TVs, but no sound.  We spent the whole time kicking some drunk guy's ass in bar trivia since the only thing on was World Cup soccer and I think watching soccer is like watching paint dry.

This is pretty much a huge sports bar disguised as a buffalo wing restaurant. The wings are mediocre, mostly because the sauce was more like paste and the wings themselves came a few degrees from cold. Even the tiny hamburgers we ordered as an appetizer was nothing special. At 10:30 PM, the service was friendly and we sat watching Sports Center with no sound and playing Buzztime trivia.

Now, this has nothing to do with the food or service, but this crazy guy sat at the bar with two consoles. I think he may have been drunk, insane or both. He kept coming to our table and talking to us in a slurred barely intelligible voice about the last question. We kicked his ass in trivia. Maybe if he was sober or if he took his lithium he could have been a force to reckon with. I mean two consoles? Even when sober that's an impressive feat unless you're Rain Man.

Brand new location in our neighborhood.  Very nice setup.

The place is very new and has been really busy every time I've gone in.  I've never had to wait for a table, however, because I choose to sit in the bar area.  The bar area is surrounded by bays of huge TVs with all sports on.

The place is usually loaded with kids, which can be a little annoying.  I try and avoid this at all costs by sitting in the bar.

The food is good, not great.  The wings are their specialty and they are ok, but overpriced unless you get there on Tuesdays or Thursdays for the wing specials.  The rest of the menu is average to below average, IMHO.

Service is pretty good.  Friendly people to deal with.

Also fun to play trivia games at this location.

Good place for some wings and a game.

BWW has a strong march Madness formula:
    - dozens of TVs,
    - spicy wings,
    - beers, and
    - a big crowd.

Ok. So you are surrounded by tvs with games on that's a plus.  Over 20 beers on tap.  But quite frankly, it's not much better than hooters.

Their wings...I guess they could have been worse.  You pick the number of wings and then you get to pick what sauce you want the wings to be tossed in.  There's quite a number of sauces (14).  The hottest sauce they have is BLAZIN and I just laughed when i tried them.  Can't believe they have a wing challenge with such a child's play. (Smokeaters will beat them any day). So, nothing special bout their wings.

However, they offer many other items on their menu that seem appealing but had no room to try.

It's hooters without the boobs, more beer choices, and "naked" wings served in many different sauces.

This place just opened yesterday. I heard from an employee that a friend of her son was the first in line at the Plainfield grand opening and he won wings for a year. I'm not 18 anymore. But with the economy the way it is, I might just have to camp out one night. We were seated right away. But 10 minutes to 12 and the place was mobbed. I had the 12 traditional with the Asian Zing sauce and ranch. I do think that I should have kicked it up a notch to the Wild sauce. But I had an appointment after this. The server was on the ball after 3 refills of soda. Now that everybody knows about this place it will be like every other restaurant in this mall at noon. No parking, seats or service.
