Great location; simple but lovely ambiance; no wait to be seated. Â
Waited 16 minutes before I got up and asked for coffee.  Another eight minutes went by as my husband and I watched two other tables receive drinks and have their order taken.  Advised manager/owner.  He was very concerned and followed me back to the table and from then on, our order/drinks were expedited.  Food was very good.  Had the steak and eggs; the steak was cooked to order as were my eggs (many times "hard-over like hockey pucks" seems to be misinterpreted).  English muffin toasted perfectly and my husband said the  Farmer's Breakfast he ordered was great.
When we checked out, manager/owner and cashier were immersed in a conversation; never asked how the meal was and the cashier had to be interrupted to be asked a question. Â There are a ton of great-tasting breakfast places in our city; customer service is what sets them apart, consequently the two-star rating.
