This place sucks! Yeah, it's pretty bad. Hmm, why so bad?

1) The food is just pretty nasty

2) Don't dare ask for mushrooms on your burger because if you do, they will open up a nice can of mushrooms and throw 4 on there and then charge you a dolla for them.

3) Did I mention the strange strange customer service? It's just....strange.

4) They are nickle and dimers, ie see #2

Will I be back? Umm, sure -_-

I'm not sure why it took me 13 years to step in here, but this place is a decent bar and grill. There's lots of tables and space and a nice pub environment.  I had a nice medium-rare 1/2 lb two topping (mushrooms and avocado) build-your-own burger for $8.95 (with fries).  My colleague had fish and chips which he liked for for $11.95.  I liked the quick and easy parking for a weekday lunch, and it looked to be a good place to consider for a casual group outing.  They also apparently have live bands on Saturday (no cover) from 10pm - 1am.

Mullen's is just your standard American bar food joint.  

I went here for lunch with a couple of colleagues, and the food was ok.  For their draft special, they had 312.  Sometimes I find draft specials can come out a little flat, but the 312 was fresh and bubbly.  If it wasn't during work hours, I might have had another one.  I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with tater tots.  The wrap was good and spicy, but the tater tots tasted like they were fried in old oil.

The service was pretty good.  Our waitress was attentive, but not overly so.  Our food came out promptly, and she brought the check quickly...all things you want when doing lunch on a work day.
