I've had pizza from here twice now, the last time much more sober than the first, and both times it has been excellent. Â The crust is nice and crunchy due to the grilling, and they let you order half a pizza, which is nice when there are just two of you. Â Most recently we ordered a pizza with pesto sauce, mushrooms, and ricotta cheese. It was $12 for four large slices, which though a big spendy, still didn't feel like a rip off due to the quality of the ingredients.
Review Source:Decent pizza for a little more than I would like to pay ($5/slice). Â Very thin crust - and a light layer of sauce with artisian cheese, all cooked on the grill. Â Interesting concept - I'd like to see more variety on the menu (only three options to choose from). Â I finished my slice wanting more, but not wanting to go back for more.
Sometime's the minimalist approach is the best. Â Sometimes not. Â Add some variety and I'll be enticed to give it another go.
