Byrne's Grilled Pizza

I've had pizza from here twice now, the last time much more sober than the first, and both times it has been excellent.  The crust is nice and crunchy due to the grilling, and they let you order half a pizza, which is nice when there are just two of you.  Most recently we ordered a pizza with pesto sauce, mushrooms, and ricotta cheese. It was $12 for four large slices, which though a big spendy, still didn't feel like a rip off due to the quality of the ingredients.

My wife tried the grilled pizza at Clustertruck. She had a slice with a variety of tomatoes and basil. She liked it and it came with a breadstick and sauce as a "meal" for like 7 bucks. She said she would get it again.

Decent pizza for a little more than I would like to pay ($5/slice).  Very thin crust - and a light layer of sauce with artisian cheese, all cooked on the grill.  Interesting concept - I'd like to see more variety on the menu (only three options to choose from).  I finished my slice wanting more, but not wanting to go back for more.

Sometime's the minimalist approach is the best.  Sometimes not.  Add some variety and I'll be enticed to give it another go.
