Carmine's

I was looking for outdoor dining, after a visit to the beach. I was also on a business trip and thus expense account, so cost wasn't a foremost consideration. I was rather aiming at good food in pleasant side walk atmosphere.

So, I arrived with untucked shirt, sunglasses on my forehead are in flip flops. The place looked slightly fancier, with white table cloths and cloth napkins even on their outdoor tables than my attire was set up for. Feeling under dressed, I got seated at one of the sidewalk tables.

The food was decent, but not particularly inspired and priced on the high side. I can see this place work well for larger groups, but not so much for individual diners.

The stuffed mushrooms, lasagna, and Chilean Sea Bass were all good. They have two variations of Malbec- both of which were good.

The element at Carmine's is their best factor, yet!

This restaurant has good food for the most part and a really nice bar area with live music. However, they should be more attentive with their reservation scheduling and seating. Its inconvenient to come in for a reservation at 8:30 and have to wait till 9:20 for someone to basically say they simply forgot to come seat you.
Otherwise its a nice place.
