Chart House

Great Happy Hour, but consistently slow service.

The concierge at our hotel recommended the Chart House to us.  It turned out to be a very nice evening.  The service was impeccable.  Our waiter Terry was very attentive as well as the manager, Chris.  I was not completely satisfied with the meal I ordered.  I ordered their sea bass special, which to my dismay had a sauce on it which really took away from the yummy sea bass flavor I love....Terry immediately ordered me a sea bass that was prepared without the topping and it was delicious.  Although my original meal that I ordered wasn't up to my expectations, the service and other food we ordered exceeded my and our expectations.  We definitely will return to the Chart House.    Thank you

Attended dinner with client; as there were 11 of us, we had 2 tables - one of 6 and one of 5.

Service was lacking to say the least; it took forever to put our order in, then it took forever to get our food - all in all over an hour of time to get the food.  This is surprising to me as the menu we ordered from was prix fixe.

In the end they forgot to offer us desert, which was included in our prix fixe and scrambled after additional 20 minutes to bring us desert, which was ordered at the same time as entrees.
Not sure who is running this place - I will not be back.
