This place must be a haven for teenage girls.
Let me start out by saying I'm not a teenage girl. I was at Macy's at Southdale, where I was craving frozen yogurt. After waiting for five minutes and getting no service, I left. Remembering that I thought I saw a frozen yogurt place near where I live, I headed over to Centennial Lakes and found CherryBerry.
When you walk in, you see a wall full of frozen yogurt machines. You walk to the back of the store, pick between a large container and a very large container, and then decide which flavor(s) you want. Then you add any sort of topping. Â Wisely, they hide the sign, which I spied when I walked in, that you pay 45 cents per ounce. So that means you load up and then take out a small loan to pay. Â So beware!
The cashier looked to be in high school, but could have been in college. Three jr. high/high school girls came in, and there were some other young girls watching Nickelodeon. It can get loud and giggly in there, and you may sit in glitter, but hey. You're there for frozen yogurt and it was decent. Next time I hope more of the flavors I wanted would work, but I'm sure I'll be back.
I'll just have to remember to bring my copy of Tiger Beat with Donny Osmond and Shaun Cassidy on it.
