Largo Mall, Seminole Blvd Chili's has a lot to learn. Â With the exception of Ben, a male bartender who rocks, the female bartenders and rude, inattentive, fat and ugly with tattoos and give attitude. Â I ask one slob if they offered fish and chips on the menu. Â NO, is all she ways to me. Â I said to her, guess you are striking zero at this point and she actually says to me "look mister, I just work her", turns around and walks away! Â Served me my second wine in a hot glass and never checked if I wanted something different. Â Never asked how the meal was or if I needed something else.
When you hire young trash, you get trash. Â If you dine at the bar and had the experience I did, ask for the manager. Â Even he did not have the sence to walk around outside the bar and talk to me. Â I had to ask him to do so because I did not want to yell in front of customers. Â
This is a major chain. Â Stockholders expect your experience to be a good one. Â DON'T SETTLE FOR LESS because the local management hires snotty, fat pigged ignorant females who probably have GED -s at the most. Complain and you will get a compted meal. Â Make certain you write to corporate. Â This atmosphere has to change. Â I've spend a lot of money over the years at Chili's. Â I want good service, value and follow-up, at a minimum. Â You should too.
Food an atmosphere is good as always. Â Since I ususally dine by myself I sit at the bar eventhough I don't drink during lunch. Â Their main bartender (carmen) left and the bartenders they have now just aren't friendly nor do they really pay you attention. Â They are too busy talking to eachother.
