Love this place! The colors and decor inside are very retro and fun. The owner and staff are nice and inviting everytime you come in. There are always new flavors to try, but the customers favorites are always there in case you don't want to try something new. Lots of fun toppings too! How can you not love a place that's named after mans best friend (Roxy)?!
