Tolerate lines? Really good burritos! Â As with most of the chain, there offerings are very good. Each burrito we've had have been very, very good. The 'Americanized' version of this Mexican hand-held is excellent as a meal unto itself - filling, satisfying and tasty for sure. With their assortment of filler, these burritos have made Chipotle a household word! Highly recommended for what it is... we keep going back - occasionally!
Review Source:This Chipotle used to be the worse  one in the area, by far.  They fired a bunch of the staff and have stepped up the quality of the food. I work by them and see these guys work hard all the time. It's now one of the best. Though the lines might be long(depending on when you go) and they give you smaller portions than most.
The staff now is what makes this place. They are incredibly nice and quick(except for one lady lol)
The steak is the best
This was the slowest Chipolte i have ever been too. Â I really hope this isn't how they always are. Â The food tasted very good and fresh but then my wrap fell apart. :( Â I will give them another shot just in case my visit was a rare instance. Â So two stars because of the speed and my wrap not holding together (which has never happened to me before)

I ordered online and went to pick up last week, my food was 15 minutes later than my pick up time. I didnt pay for it and left it there on the counter because they refused to give me any discount for the excessive lateness. I called the general manager, who offered to give me 5 free meals. I went in today to get ONE free meal. Ordered it online. 1. the order was messed up and an ingredient was missing, 2. I still had to wait, 3. One order item wasnt even in the bag, and 4. The clerk tried to charge me for chips, though the meal was to be free x5, and I only got one meal. I didnt pay, but even FREE isnt worth my time here.
Needless to say, I will never give another dollar to this place. HORRIBLE service. Incompetent workers. Not worth a $10 burrito bowl.
It always feels weird to rate a chain, because they should all be the same -- but I do feel this Chipotle does a really good job of handling the massive amount of people at this location. Â I have never seen a more crowded Chipotle, and somehow they do a decent job of getting the line moving.

.... ok asides from no this is probably the worst chipotle ever.. i rather go to iceberry n get full off yogurts than eat here. They're stingy on putting servings into your bowls, they won't properly mash the guac so i have half of the cut out of the avocado and it was too hard to bite into. I didn't bother going back there was a huge line so I got charged for nothing I ended up putting the guac on the side looking at it. I don't know its full price for half a bowl. My boyfriend try to surprise me with chipotle and I knew off the bat it was from this place. I'm like wow you went to the one by your house didn't you?? Trust me you can see and taste the difference i rather drive another 5 min to kingstown or 20 minutes to tyson than eat here.
A Chipotle is a Chipotle will always be a Chipotle. This particular Chipotle ranks high on my list though because even when the line reaches the door, I've been able to get my food and paid in under 15 minutes. As busy as this place is, you know the food turns over often so it's fresh and hot.
One complaint is that there have been a couple of times when they're training new people that things slow down to a crawl. Â I wish that they would find slower times to teach the new recruits the ropes.
I know Chipotle is supposed to be the same everywhere, but I find that this one isn't as good as the one in Kingstowne. Â I (like everyone else) have eaten at enough Chipotle's to know how something is supposed to be. Â I had a long drive and at this point my stomach was talking to me and I couldn't take it anymore so I stopped by this location...I should've let my stomach talk to me a little bit more..
First, one thing that really made me upset was that this place is so stingy. Â I was appalled at the amount this chick gave me and had to continuously ask her to add more. Â I mean the amount I originally got wouldn't feed a 4 year old. Â Seriously, wtf? Â After sounding like a broken record I sat down to find out the food was..well COLD. Â Chicken wasn't marinated enough and I hate to say this, it reminded me of Qdoba's chicken - Flavorless (sorry Qdoba fans). Â I felt like I needed Queso for this mess...
This experience reminds me why I have consistently chosen other locations than this one...next time, I'll starve a little more and drive to Kingstowne and be confident that those employees give you more for your money....

Chipotle Springfield, how I love thee! Usually, at least.
Duane S. is right, the line moves very quickly at this location. The food is always good at this location and the ladies that work the line here always pile on a good serving - the other few locations I've been to skimp out a lot! I love my rice and they always give a good helping. I usually get a steak bol with guacamole. At this locaiton they always give me a good amount of guac, which I appreciate, since I'm paying almost two dollars for that one scoop!
The flavor is always just right, sometimes too spicy for me to handle, but always dee-licious!
Food wise, this Chipotle is as good as the others, but... I love this Chipotle. I can always get in and out very quickly even during lunchtime. While other Chipotles seem to take forever to get through the line, this one keeps things moving smoothly and quickly (not that I want to get back to work, but getting back sooner means I can leave earlier at the end of the day).
