Super cool interior, good beer list, super mediocre pizza.

They have these semi private curtained off mini tables with couches, so if you are so inclined, you can snuggle up to your date.

The whole interior looks great, romantic lighting, old school wooden bar, etc.

The beer list is good, prices are $6 for a pint of a good microbrew.

The only thing is - the pizza wasn't good, and that's the main part of their menu. All of the pizzas sounded amazing (walnut ricotta honey, organic bacon, etc.). I really don't know how or why the pizza wasn't amazing, cause it's pretty hard to go wrong. But it just wasn't, which is such a shame. Also kinda pricey for a personal pizza ($18 bucks). So for drinks, salad, and pizza, our bill was over 80 bucks.

I would definitely go back for drinks and ambiance, but not for food, not worth it.

I just recently discovered this cute little gem while walking around the neighborhood with my friend. I've been to Winegasm a bunch of times, but this place is much better. It's definitely more trendy and comfortable, speakeasy type of vibe. I didn't eat here so I can't review the food, but I loved the Sauvignon blanc. The menu isn't strictly wine, so if wine isn't your thing, there are cocktails to choose from. I'll definitely be coming back.

I went here several months ago, and the experience made me so angry I couldn't write about it.  I thought that I might never eat at a restaurant again.  Or order a drink at a restaurant again.  The rage-fire seems to have settled down, so I'll tell you about it.

I am going to preface this rant by telling you that my friends and I are very polite people.  We have a great respect for the food service industry, and we are generally very patient and even-tempered.

We (party of 4) walked in, and it was somewhat busy, but not really.  We were ignored for about 5 minutes.  A quick acknowledgement that we were there would have been nice, but whatever, it's fine.  A young woman walks up to us and tells us that we can sit in the lounge now or we can wait 20 minutes for a table in the back.  Lounge is great, thank you.  We are seated.  And we wait. And we wait.  And wait.  The table next to us (seated after us) got water and menus and everything.  Then we eventually got ours.  Side note-- do they spell things wrong on the menu on purpose?  God, I hope so.  And then we wait.  And wait.  And NO ONE EVER COMES TO TAKE OUR ORDER.  We see that a table for 2 opened in the back, and my friend and her boyfriend were absurdly hungry-- so we split up.  We left our table so that my hungry friends could try for better service in back.  My partner and I went and sat at the bar.  We weren't all that hungry and thought we'd be ok with apps and drinks.  We were ignored-- really, strangely, blatantly ignored.  The bartender begrudgingly acknowledged us after some time, and we ordered two house cocktails.  At this point, two stellar cocktails still could have redeemed the place.  But NO.  I watched her make my drink, which was topped off with a LOT of flat club soda poured from a 2 liter bottle.   The "cocktail" was UNdrinkable.  It really takes a lot for me to say this.  She then went back to ignoring us, avoiding eye contact.  My partner watched me struggle with it for a second sip, and offers to say something to the bartender.  The bartender continues to avoid us, despite our eye contact.  When she finally can't avoid us anymore, we asked for the check.  We had each taken two sips of our drinks and decided to just cut our losses and leave.  The bartender said nothing, asked nothing, and clearly didn't care that we were unhappy.  My partner still tipped her.  I've never been so mad about spending $24.

In the end, it's really all fine.  Even on its best day, it's not my kind of place.  The crowd is made up of lots of ditzy girls and recent college grads who are actually TRYING to be pretentious and failing.  Loudly, might I add.  My hungry friends did eventually eat, and reported that the food was mediocre at best.

    Great wine bar in Astoria!

The bartender was so patient. He let me try quite a few wines before I settled on a bottle of rosé.

For food, you can make your own pizza! There were a ton of topping choices, ranging from the typical to the atypical. We settled on chorizo, onion, and garlic. So yummy!

There are small tables, larger reserved sections, and bar seating.

Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something a bit more sophisticated than a pub in the area.

I came here for a birthday party.  The drinks were ok, but I was not crazy about the atmosphere. I had a good time because I was with a nice group of friends.

After having gone to Winegasm I went to try out this place. The ambiance here is great, and there's some interesting interior designing. The wines/drinks they have are great. I thought it was strictly wine, but they have beer, whiskey, etc. I think that's good--to attract people that aren't wine-o's, and some who, like myself, prefer a Maker's Mark whiskey over vino.

The foods like brick oven pizza, crab cakes, and crackling calamari look great, but I wasn't such a big fan of the "Chacuterie." My date and I both had one of the selections on that part of the menu and, ugh-- we were chewing for a good ten minutes until we finally swallowed it down lol.

Aside from that last part this place is really nice, and I think I'll go back to try out that brick oven pizza :)

    *DINNER REVIEW*

Really, really like this place. The menu is tapas style, so definitely come here with an appetite and a group who likes to share. Among the 5 of us we tried:

    Crab cakes (2 orders)
    Scallops
    Mussels
    Seared tuna
Pizza with onions, mushrooms and peppers...?
    Baby greens salad
    Beef on skewers
    Truffle mac & cheese
    Chacuterie
    Cheese platter

This may seem like a lot of food for 5 people, but at the end of the meal all that was left was half of the pizza, which they so kindly wrapped up for us.

Honest to God I COULD NOT get the crab cakes fast enough into my mouth. And the scallops? Stop. The mussels were right up there, but if I had to rank the (fish) dishes it would go: crab cakes, scallops, mussels. Bourbon drinkers- try the Ginger Tennessee.

I didn't have any of the pizza, mac and cheese, or meats, but everyone else seemed to enjoy them. Cheese plate was very unimpressive- pass on this. There are way better dishes to try.

Delicious food, great service, and they take reservations. Would return in a heartbeat.

ALMOST spot-on. Great vibe. Good food. WONDERFUL MUSIC.

I WON'T BE GOING BACK. They make a few obvious choices to appeal to health conscious, young individuals, but not enough to entice me back, even though I live only 4 blocks away.

Their brunch includes coffee and a choice of mimosa, bloody mary, bellini, or orange juice. When I asked for decaf coffee, they said they don't carry it. As if brewing an extra pot is some sort of ordeal....what? When I asked for herbal tea instead, they said, "No substitutions." So....you don't have to be an alcoholic (could get orange juice), but you have to be addicted to caffeine to enjoy the full brunch menu? DiWine, get it together!

I decided to opt for herbal tea anyway because I wanted to stay for the music; it was $3. It was a bag of celestial seasonings that cost them at most, 10 cents. Pretty much a rip off.

My garden frittata was decent and fresh, but the salad was my favorite part. My date got the Salmon BLT Panini which was actually REALLY GOOD. Highly recommended.

However, with Sandford's a little further down the road where I have drink options, great service and get 2 drinks with my meal, I won't be coming back.

Omg I don't know where to begin!!! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and cozy, food is divine and service impeccable. I never have to wait long for a table even if they are crowded. I have been there many times and we are always seated promptly. Staff is super attentive but not pushy.

Lets talk about drinks. Best bartenders ever!!! Nick makes the most delicious cherry bourbons you will ever taste. Strong but not overbearing. Also he's genuinely friendly.  Not like most bartenders that only chat you up to get your dollar.

Oh and their garlic shrimp is to die for, the best in NY!! Only my boyfriend makes better shrimp :)

    Di Wine rocks!!

    WOW. Just...wow.

Thanks to law school, I've been out of the weekend brunch scene for quite some time and have finally returned. My first stop on what I hope will be a summer full of weekend brunching was DiWine in Astoria. Let's just put it this way: I'd be back for brunch in a heartbeat and certainly would like to try it out for dinner.

FOOD: in short, everything was delicious. Our party of three ordered the banana bread french toast with strawberries and creme (me), the waffles with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce (my fiancee), and the flatbread pizza (our friend). Everyone's plate was clean before they were taken away. My only criticism about my dish was that the banana flavor was a little too overpowering and much of the "french toast flavor" was lost.

AMBIANCE: check this out...they have live jazz during brunch, and it's good. It took me a few minutes to realize that the lyrics I was hearing were from a live singer (we sat near the back, so the view was kind of obstructed by the bar). I know some places have tried to implement some sort of "rave brunch" or what I deem "obnoxiously loud house music WHAT DID YOU SAAAAYYYY?? brunch," which is not my scene. Not so at DiWine. This was really nice, and the overall ambiance is somewhat rustic and classic. I dig it.

SERVICE: also very good. Our server was very nice and fairly attentive overall. She kinda disappeared near the end of our brunch, but the place had started filling up by then, so that probably explains the difference.

PRICES: there are two basic brunch deals here: 1) the regular brunch is $15 and includes coffee, one entree, and one drink of your choice (mimosa, bellinni, bloody mary, or OJ), or 2) the "boozy brunch" special, which is the $15 plus an additional $11 for unlimited drinks for two hours. Let me put it this way, you'll get your $11 worth. The staff run around with pitchers filled with mimosas or bellinis, AND you can switch back and forth. That's a pretty unique feature that you don't see at many other brunch places.

I'll definitely be back. Assuming this is a consistent experience at DiWine during Saturday brunch, this just became my new favorite brunch place in Astoria.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Astoria!  We come to this place for date night sometimes.
They have great food, a lovely atmosphere, and sometimes a little outdoor seating. I always enjoy the wine selection and mu husband loves the draft beer selection. The bar staff are always knowledgeable when deciding on the beverage for the evening. They do a good job helping me find gluten free items. I love the salads, appetizers,  cheese and meats selection. The food is really always nice. I love the look of the inside it's got this romantic shabby chic feel to it. We love to go see the live music too. Sometimes on a Saturday night we just go for drinks and to listen to the live music. I recommend checking this place out if you are visiting the area or live in Astoria.

DiWine, I've been unfair to you. I always knew I loved you, but we went through a rough patch that made me distant. I'm so glad I've come back around to appreciate you for what you are.

DiWine is an absolutely solid brunch place - probably the best in Queens in terms of the full package of food quality, atmosphere, price, and service. Should you make the trip from Manhattan over boozy brunch in the city? Probably not, considering the wait at peak times can still be an hour or more. But if you're looking in western Queens, you won't get better than DiWine. I've had the experience of spending half your meal staring eagle eyed at the waitstaff to flag them down for refills -- it sucks, and you won't get that here. I've been here at least 3-4 times in the past 2 months and can confidently say that for $26 you get truly unlimited mimosas/bellinis plus a delicious meal.

For food, I recommend pretty much any of the egg dishes, especially the garden frittata and either of the poached dishes. The Croque Monsieur is also good, though this is the one thing that's still holding back the 5th star. DiWine! You have to work on your egg frying for the Croque Madame! It needs to be at least a little runny, come on.

Also the entertainment is really good and the sound system is not overwhelming. Very important if you want to actually talk to people and not just eat/drink!

Had just arrived in NYC from San Francisco the Thursday night I found myself here after an impromptu decision to meet up with a friend for dinner.  She normally works in midtown but tonight she was home in Astoria and convinced me to come meet her and her friends at this place.  I was glad I did.  Lovely place, wonderful bartender.  The tuna tartare was a delight and I had to have another and another.  Good wines, a nice selection.  Ambience is mellow and an invitation to linger.  I would come here again.

I went here on a weekend night. The seating was intimate and the atmosphere was romantic. I just reeeeally wish I hadn't come here with my parents!

We sat at one of those low awkward booth/tables that you can't really reach your food, surrounded by slightly transparent curtains draped around our seats. BUT I get the whole approach- trendy, tapa-y, pricey. The service was mediocre, but the FOOD- that's the only reason I sat through the romantic ambiance that long with my own parents.

Seared diver scallops- cooked perfectly. The little salad on the side with sweet corn and asparagus was heavenly. My favorite was the duck crostini with plum tomato, arugula, and figs. Strange mix, I know, but somehow it all managed to meld into a deliciously coherent concept in my mouth. Then we had the smokey swine pizza with apple wood bacon, stilton blue cheese, and plum tomatoes. Another interesting flavor combo but equally as satisfying.

We ended our evening with a few glasses of wine accompanied by the chocolate mousse and wine poached pears. Overall, food was fantastic. The prices- ehh, probably why I never came here with my boyfriend before. Glad I wasn't paying!

Service is terrible They will tell you it's a 20 mixture wait that turned into 1.5 hrs wait.  Nobody checked on you at the bar, won't tell you that it was ok to order food at the bar (wouldn't have happens if they f-ing check on you). Bartenders did not even pay given the 1.5 hrs wait, the bartender did not even once came by and ask if we wanted another drink, or water.

The wait staff is useless here. I understand that it's nice to give people time and space to enjoy their meal, but when they just linger for 3 hrs+ while there's 10 parties waiting to be seated, you gotta be doing something.

On to the food: mediocre. Foie gras was disappointing and pizza is just pizza. Neither my friend nor I were blown away with the food. I guess their saving grace is their drink price.

Bottom line is I don't think I'll be returning and if anyone ever asks me about this place, I'll try my hardest to talk them out of it.

This place was A-OK.  The food was more than 5-stars.  There were 2 men manning the open wood burning stove in the back of the restaurant and everything they put on the counter looked mouth-watering.  all fresh and made-when ordered.  The lay out and decor of the space is great.  the sky lights, the curtained booths and event he bathrooms play up a relaxed vibe with earthy tones.  Aesthetically, I loved the place. The hostess was sweet and friendly.  The bartender was busy and probably had a headache- givin her the benefit of the doubt for not being helpful or friendly.  The waitor was cool and he was efficient at keeping my drink full.  Missed the part on the menu that says "gratuity included", but keep in mind it is.  Cute spot all in all.

Ambiance is very cute, loved it from the moment we walked in. Service was cool, our server seemed a little anti-social which is weird if you're in food service. Anyhoo.. we had the calamari for a starter, it was pretty good but it didn't come with any kind of dipping sauce, which is kind of disappointing. Main course was the Blue something pizza... artichokes, lobster , ricotta... pretty good. I can't say I'm in a rush to go back for the food but definitely a cute hang out spot.

I really.... reallly... really like this place.  Grab a beer, get a cheese plate, and order a pizza. Seriously, its all good.  The restaurant seems to keep to the "astoria vibe,"  you know, exposed brick, those old bulbs where you can see the filament that are really there for aesthetic effect, and the young professional crowd.  The waiters are friendly and I think the pricing is very reasonable.  It looks like this is a hot brunch spot, but I go for dinner with friends and my wife.

P.S. My wife says the strawberry mojitos are amazing.

I had heard good things about this place, so when I found the time to go, I was really looking forward to it.  I have to say that I was very disappointed in everything that was offered here.  Maybe I was there on a bad night, but I can't say that I'll be going back to give the place a second try.

My initial impression of this place wasn't bad.  It has an average ambiance and they've tried to give the place a romantic/intimate feel.  I didn't love the white Christmas lights strung on the side of the brick, but it wasn't bad.  The service also wasn't anything that I would complain about--it was standard for an establishment like this.  The real problem with this restaurant was with the food though.  A friend and I had a few small plates to share and shared an entree.  Most of our choices were very mediocre.  I will say that the crab cakes were hardly palatable though because they had been seasoned so strongly with pepper.  I was very unimpressed with the food here.

I know that this place often gets very good reviews, and maybe I just had a bad experience here on an off night.  The atmosphere and service couldn't cover for the bad food in this case.  I wish I could give it a better rating, but sadly, I'll have to stick to my guns on this one.  Sorry, DiWine.

We've been here twice now to enjoy weekend brunch. Both times we had to wait, but not more than 20 minutes. Both times we've been they've had a very good live jazz-style vocalist singing near the door. The music can be a little loud, but is otherwise very lovely.

The prix fixe brunch comes with a drink of choice, coffee, and an entree. Mimosas and bloody marys are good and strong. We've had the salmon BLT which comes with salad and a fried potato cake. The salmon was delicious, but our bacon was a little soft for our tastes. The second time we came, I ordered the poached eggs w/ smoked salmon and the boyfriend ordered the smoked salmon pizza. The poached eggs are not served benedict style, but they do come with 2 pieces of toast, so you can simply move the eggs on top of each slice. This is also served with the salad and fried potato cake. The pizza was pretty massive, with thick crust loaded with cheese and topped with smoked salmon and tomatoes. I wouldn't have been able to finish the whole thing, but the boyfriend ate every last bite. The coffee is also delicious.

The vibe here is pretty relaxed, until it gets close to 3:00pm. Their brunch ends at 3:30 and the second time we came right before 3 and felt very rushed as our waitress encouraged us to order quickly because brunch was ending in 30 minutes. Other than that, we've really enjoyed our experience here and will most likely include this in our brunch rotation.

Cute place & good brunch. Came here for the brunch based on excellent reviews. It was very busy which I was expecting and the server told me that it will be a half hour wait.  We waited at the bar for next 50 mins and every time I asked the server, I got a response of 5 more minutes and the table should be ready soon! While I can understand that it was busy and at times difficult for the servers to provide accurate waiting time, 25 mins to 50 mins was not an impressive way to get returning patrons!!
Food wise, pretty good. We had the sausage Frittata and the Poached Egg with Smoked Salmon along with the side of Potato cakes. Liked the food except the Potato cakes which I felt was way too salty!
Overall, great decor and a very cute place for a date. Docking off a star because of that fiasco with the waiting period and the Potato cakes.

I knocked off one star because I think its kinda ridiculous that if you are going for brunch and want to get unlimited, but they are small and have tables reserved so you have to wait at the bar, they should let you start your unlimited. Instead, imagine our surprise when our bill came and we realized the two drinks we had at the bar before being seated was like adding two more unlimited to everything. Our bill was TWICE as high as we thought it was going to be... ugh..

That being said, I loved the singer during brunch, wish I had a made a reservation for one of the booths with the curtain, and the food was amazing. Especially the roasted garlic pizza--- oh and they make a good bloody maria.

I love their food, good low-key place to have a romantic date with your lover.. Or even with friends.

Its a small place so sometimes it get very busy and there will be no place to sit down besides the bar.

You definitely have to go with the tuna and mango purée !!!

Very cute place only a few stops from my job in LIC. We got there around 6:30 on Friday. It wasn't too crowded. The ambiance/vibe is great. Nice mix of folks. The bar tender was super friendly and helpful and even gave me a taste of a few wines. My friends ordered the truffle Mac and cheese, which was delicious. I got the oysters. They were ok. Not amazing.

Overall solid spot for after work drinks. If the mussels were better, I'd happily give 5 stars.

BRUNCH PLACE IN QUEENS THAT OFFERS UNLIMITED DRINKS? I'm in there.
Our glasses were never empty, servers really kept on that of that.
Their menu is quite different from traditional brunch menus. They offer paninis, salads, pizza, etc. My steak and eggs panini was a perfect balance of bread and steak.
Loved the paintings they have selling on their walls.

I've dined at DiWine now enough times with consistent positive experiences and I just wanted to lay down the law: I think this place is great. It is such a neighborhood gem for people who live on this side of Astoria who want the dining out experience without the hefty price.

Dinner for two could consist of a shared pizza, an appetizer/salad and wine. I recently made the mistake of ordering my own pizza and it was definitely big enough for two to share, but tasty enough for one to power through. #fat

Another item menu I will rave about is their cheese selection. This place has introduced me to several varied and flavorful cheeses which I may not normally have tried on my own. I believe there was a blue and orange Stilton; that was my favorite. Speaking of Stilton, there was a bit of that cheese spread into my pizza, the Smokey Swine. This pizza was incredible along with the roasted beet and goat cheese salad.

Aside from their tasty food and wine, their service is always so great. That is probably due to the fact that I usually eat at the bar and the bartender is an excellent host.

I'm so so so glad that this place exists and that I can get my going-out-fix near my place for not tooooo big a price.

Big fan!! I traveled to DiWine this past Saturday from Hamilton Heights for brunch with friends and although the train ride wasn't the best this restaurant made up for the ride 10 fold... The atmosphere is lovely and the live music was great. The jazzy sometime bossa nova-ish feel of music set the tone for a great afternoon.  And who can complain about a $15 prefix brunch and $11 for unlimited drinks?
I had the Croque Madame panini and enjoyed every bite of it. The potato cake served with each dish was so tasty I could've had a dish that was based off of it. The mimosas were yummy and the perfect blend of champagne and OJ, not to mention that the servers kept them coming. I really enjoyed my visit, the staff were all very friendly and knew what they were doing. I would gladly go back to have dinner.

Celebratory brunch and an out-of-this-world jazz singer to boot!
That's how this Saturday started and it continued on until sundown.  I think DiWine might be good karma, or just a return-to brunch spot.

You can't go wrong with a $15 pre-fixe brunch (includes coffee and a choice of cocktail) and for an additional $10 - $11 the option to make those cocktails unlimited for 2 hours. Nope, you can't!  The menu choices are many, there's something for everyone, classic brunch-faire. And it's nice on a cold, blustery day, to sit at a high-top near the toasty brick oven in the back. Beats that chill right out of you!

Who ever booked the talent last Saturday should be commended.  The singer was Emily Braden, I believe? What a knock-your-socks-off treat in Astoria. Please, please, please can we have a repeat?! Jazz brunch is a must at DiWine.

DiWine is my kind of restaurant. $15 pre-fixe brunch +$10 for unlimited drinks? Yes ma'am. Their menu offers a charming variety of paninis, pizzas, salads, and traditional breakfast dishes. The mimosa consists mostly of champagne (not complaining). The Bloody Mary consists mostly of vodka (also, not complaining) while managing to retain the tomato-y, horseradish-y, spicy flavor. Love it.

Oh, and did I mention the decor? The curtains, the hardwood floors, I want it all! It's elegantly warm and cozy. Restaurants like this make leaving regrettable. Can I live here, please?

I've only been once (thus the 4-star rating), but I liked what I experienced during that visit.  Hubs and I were on a search for something new in Astoria - we were stuck in a routine when it came to eating out, so we opted for DiWine.

The food and beverage selection is wonderful!  And I give my highest praises to the person responsible for the dim, seductive, romantic atmosphere.

I can't wait to go back and try DiWine again.  If it proves to be consistently great, I'll bump it to five stars, but for now I'm just a fan.

This is a GREAT date place. The ambiance is awesome. There's a curtain that separates an area where the seats are couches. Very cool.

The food is also really good - scallops, foie gras, bacon-wrapped dates, etc. You can't go wrong here. Pretty good wine/beer/drink menu as well.

My only gripe is the inconsistent music. Sometimes it was right for the place, but sometimes it was terrible. It seemed to change genres very quickly.

Atmosphere, selection, prices and crowd are all great here...or at least the one time I went on a Friday night at 10:00. Great for a date or a group of people. We found the staff to be attentive, had a very comfortable seat and enjoyed the background music.
As an additional note we ordered the seared tuna entree, diver scallops, the Rockford Pear Salad and a cheese plate. All very good.

Nicest restaurant/bar/lounge hybrid that I've been to in Astoria. Can't believe I haven't been here sooner.

DiWine is a casually swanky spot that offers a dim, cool, and possibly romantic ambiance. Great place for a date or just two (or more) friends talking. What's awesome is that there are about 3-4 elevated booth style tables segregated from the rest of the dining area by a thin, sheer curtain, giving a private V.I.P. sort of feeling.

The American-style food here is done artfully. There are great, simple yet satisfying flavors. I ordered the Dates and Devils appetizer, which came with 4 bacon wrapped dates that were stuffed with pecans and four pieces of deviled eggs. The dates are outstanding and completely delicious, though the pecans are almost candied being in the sweet date, possibly getting stuck to your teeth a bit. Pfft, who cares. The deviled eggs were just okay, and the yolk mix in the middle tasted a bit vinegary, so I've had better.

For the entree, I ordered the Filet Mignon. It came on a bed of sliced fingerling potatoes with a side of asparagus. The potatoes were fantastic, and the "natural jus" - or sauce, was like an awesome gravy. The asparagus was tender and pretty standard. The only bad thing about the filet mignon, however, was the fact that it was burned to a crispy char on the top side. I ordered it medium, which is was, but the char was disappointing. Slicing through that was like slice through crispy French bread, but the rest of the meat was completely tender, juicy, and cooked well otherwise.

DiWine also has an impressive pizza menu. I know, weird. I'm assuming it's like Basil Brick Oven-style (which if you've never been to, you need to do immediately), which a nice, classy selection of toppings.

Overall awesome place, great ambiance, good food, excellent service. I will totally come back here.

If you come here for food, dessert or for a glass of wine, then this is the place to go to. I like how the design of this place has this Italian rustic charm feel. A little old-fashioned, but very cool.

I'm not a huge fan of the service here. It's kinda slow, but when you serve good food and wine, there's little to complain about.

I found this place to be pretty disappointing.  The ambiance is quite nice and would make for a sexy date atmosphere; yet, there's nothing really to enhance the experience-- i.e. the food and wine are just not great.  The cocktails were horrible.  The wine was ok.  When I ordered by the glass, it tasted watery.  The bottles were slightly better.  The food was decent.  The bread that went along with the various tapas looked quite unappetizing.

Ultimately, I doubt I would return.

Quickly becoming my favorite place in Astoria!

My friend introduced me to this place about 6 months ago and I've been here on about 5 or 6 different occasions since. Love the vibe, the friendly staff and amazing food and wine.  Great for friendly dinners and perfect for dates.

Would recommend the Newton pizza, Calamari, and the cheese plates - great fruit pairings. Those 3 are my favorite go-to's.
