The Drunken Taco

This place calls out to you from the beach as they have signs advertising the handcrafted margaritas.  They have seating outside so no matter how you look after being at the beach you can stroll up and get yourself a place to sit outside and fit right in and people watch and listen to the sights and sounds of Ft. Lauderdale Beach.  

My daughter and I both got blackened fish tacos and a margarita---actually it was called a tacorita and is world famous and Oprah even claims it to be delicious.  I had the tacorita but with blue curaco in it so it was a nice color of blue...

The black beans where very delicious that they serve with these.  Not much lettuce on the side for your taco but they were very tasty and the fish was good.  I asked the server what the fish was I swear he said swai......but I could be wrong on that....It was really really good......The price of the tacos I thought were fine 12.95 and you get three with some rice and beans.  Somehow my bill was 68.00 =you know they add a 18% gratuity on every bill and I didn't see this advertised anywhere or on the menu---I wasn't really happy about this.   I actually gave my server a couple more dollars because I really liked him but i thought this was a tad bit for a beach meal of one drink and fish tacos.  My margarita must  have been 15.00 a piece but again the price wasn't put on the menu  or we may have ordered just a beer....
