I've visited this Fort Lauderdale location two or three times, more-so to give it a second chance than because of loving it the first time around. Although a bit crowded around lunchtime, it's a rather clean establishment with friendly service, for the most part. Had an avocado, turkey sort of sandwich, with a side of chili. Decent. Anything with avocado usually sells me as did this menu option. I'd go back if in the area but it wouldn't be my first choice for a quick bite.

disgusting. way too busy, unorganized, unprofessional. ordered a bagel sandwich; they got the cheese wrong, and the eggs were gray. literally gray. my husband says it's the worst iced coffee he's ever had, and his sandwich was not even close to $5 in quality. ridiculous. I don't know how this location is still in business - maybe the strength of the Einstein name is what keeps people coming, because the food and service surely can't be it.

Three stars means "a-ok" and this place is just that.

Nothing fancy.  Nothing high quality.  Just a great place to drop in during the morning and mix/match some bagels and spreads, and get some coffee or tea.  During a four-day vacation stay in South Florida, I stayed at one of the hotels further north on Federal Highway and started all of my mornings here.  So, it was perfectly fine!  The pricing was mid-range and the service was quick and somewhat friendly.

The other thing is that, what it doesn't have in culinary horsepower, it more than makes up for it in people-watching.  Here, New Yorkers and the Broward County FL version of beach town Southern Californians collides.

I think the sun-dried tomato bagel was my favorite.

Did you ever eat somewhere or pick up food somewhere cause you only had a few minutes?  Yesterday, my wife and I stopped to pick up bagels.  I ordered and everything bagel cause they always get it right.  My wife ordered a combo special and we were gonna split some of it.  The sandwich was a turkey and cheese type bagel sandwich.  The cashier was extremely nice.  We ordered takeout cause we had another appt.  While traveling down Broward Blvd., My wife opened the bag and found that the sandwich was an everything bagel with sausage, cream cheese and egg whites.  WTF.  Do the cashiers taking the orders just push numbered buttons associated with a special cause everwhere I go, they never seem to get it right.  Please start hiring staff that can read. Thanks.

Einstein Brothers is a culinary plague in the Southeast and other areas where real bagels aren't otherwise available.  Einstein is to bagels what McD's is to steakhouses, and they wouldn't last very long in the NY Metro Area.  Their product is a soft "savory doughnut" which is only baked, rather than boiled before baking.  The result is bland, doughy (rather than chewy) and unappealing.

Having vented my displeasure that such an abomination even exists, the reality is that in many areas this is what folks know to be a "bagel."  Their coffee is good.

The lines can get ridiculous at this location.

The pretzel bagel is my favorite!! The staff is super nice and the restaurant itself was pretty clean and it seems like their coffee is always fresh at this location!!

Great selection of Bagels and all kinds of topping to dress them up!  I always get the LOx but change the bagel and can't say I've ever been disappointed.  Even though, there are other Bagel delis around, Einsteins can handle their own!

Because there is some big church around the corner, I don't recommend coming here mid-morning on Sundays.  Other than that, I think it's a great place - even for a chain restaurant.  The manager for this store has been there for a long time and is very nice to all customers.

Super dog friendly place.  They even sell doggie bagels!

Look, it isn't a deli. It is a chain.  No one is trying to invent a new food movement here  But the fare is fresh, generally decent for a breakfast or lunch on the go, and the quality is consistent.  Oh, and the coffee is pretty good (certainly better than Starbucks, which has over-expanded and let the quality drop).

This place is always busy. There is always a long line. It takes a while to place your order. And parking here can be really bad at times because people park here and go to the beach. So the small parking lot can get crowded and it can be tough to pull out of the spot with a coffee in your hand.

Incompetence is the name of the game.  Good luck getting what you ordered.  The manager rang up my order while jawing away on her cell phone.  Very professional.  This seems to be par for the course.  The Einsteins on 17th ave isn't much better.

I've never seen so many employees standing around looking lost and bored.

The second star is for the good coffee.  Thank goodness it is self serve, lest they have something else to mess up.

Stopped in to pick up some breakfast sandwiches on a Sunday morning.  This isn't the best Einstein location I've seen but the food was on par with the others I've tried.  There were a lot of people, the food took about 10 min.  If you're in the area and in need of a breakfast or lunch bagel sandwich this place fits the bill.  My favorite is the Tasty Turkey sandwich on an Asiago Bagel.

Einstein's has become a staple in my weekend routine. Every Saturday ( and occasional Sunday's) my friends and I hobble on in to regroup and decide what our plans are for the rest of the day and weekend.

Same menu, same taste as all the 50000 einsteins.
The service is great. They have some of the most personable staff that now know us all by name. (Whatup Loni!!!).
The line starts to get long around noon, but service is still quick.

Whether you like it or not, its a happening scene in the mornings for brunch, which makes it great (or awful depending on your night!) for people watching & spotting.

    Jalepeno Spread is amazing.
