(1.50 stars) Â Before it closed, this location was a change of pace spot within walking distance of my motel and open later than most. Â The signature roast chicken is alright, certainly nothing to get worked up over. Â Their "chop chop," deboned chicken over rice in a bowl with selected add-in's, appears to use the chicken that has lost its freshness and moisture.
Review Source:I came in here on a Sunday and I swear every table was dirty and the floors by the drinks were wet and in need of a mop.
I ordered a small mexican chop chop form the friendly girl at the counter. She made is good and hooked it up with plenty of sour cream...yum!
The "small" seemed to have gotten bigger since the last time I came here a few years ago, which is a good thing. Everything in the chop was good except for the chicken! It was super dry and kinda hard, not cool. I like the fact that they let you take all the sauces you need without charging you and trust me, if the chicken is as hard as mine was, you're going to need it.
