We stopped here mid-way through our 6 hour drive to Boston very hungry and eager to get out of the car. We were here around 3pm on a weekday and the bar was full of middle-aged men that most likely left work early to have a few beers and start the holiday.
The pub has a neighborhood atmosphere to it. They serve food from an adjoining restaurant. The food was good but definitely pricey. A small portion of pasta was $14 and a veggie burger wrap $12. The beer was $5.
Service was really great. The only other female in the place, the bartender, took good care of us and the service was fast.
If you're looking for cheap bar food this isn't the place but a few beers... why not?
