  Not sure how Great Wall managed to wrangle 4 stars on Yelp..but it was certainly very deceiving for those of us ordering from grubhub.
  
  The food is cheap - that is for sure, but that's also because the food is of extremely low quality.There is no way our meal could have passed as authentic Chinese cuisine.
  
  I'm sure there are many, many, much better Chinese options in the Virginia area. Stay away!

  I had a livingsocial voucher, so I decided to place an order with them.  I used the livingsocial take-out ordering system to specify that I would like to place an order for a pick-up time that was 2 hours later.  When I went to pick up my order, they asked where I had been because my order was apparently cooked immediately rather than later, and informed me that my order has been waiting for me on the counter for a while.  Even after explaining to the staff that my order was placed for a later pick uptime, they had two workers there teaming up on me to tell me that I was wrong.  I asked them to remake the food, but they insisted it was my fault and that I must take the food that was prepared earlier.  Any restaurant that 1) takes pride in making sure customer know they they are wrong, and 2) is so cheap that they can't simply remake my $15 dinner that probaby cost them only $2 to make, does not deserve my business.  There are too many other decent chinese food restaurants in the area to have to settle for that type of service.  As for the quality of the food, it was just ordinary, and not worth trying.

  I had a livingsocial takeout voucher so I decided to give this place a try.  I had their lunch special today and I loved the food.  This reminds me of the Chinese food you get in N.Y.C.  The food here is similar to Hong Kong Express but better and cheaper.   I have tried so many chinese takeout type restaurants in the West Springfield and Burke area and this is the BEST one and at a good price.  Lunch specials are $5.95 with eggroll.  The folks running this place are also very friendly.  Good food, good service, and good price.  Love this place.  I hope it stays open...there were many closed stores in this shopping center...

  My boyfriend have tried many take-out Chinese places in Springfield and decided to try Great Wall shortly after they opened. We were blown away by the service and the quality of the food. By far one of the best take-out places around. They also are extremely nice when they deliver to houses. We too got a calendar and extra little authentic goodies for free!

  My boyfriend took me here today, and it became instantly, easily our favorite chinese place! The service was lovely, the food came out piping hot, and it was th best general tsos either of us had tasted. they were happy to give us take out boxes, and gave us a calender too :) we can't wait to go back!
