If you've ever tried Papa Murphy's, they're half the price, with double the toppings and much more flavor. Since this is the only take and bake in town, it's alright.
But a crust, a few toppings, and jar of sauce from the grocer will produce a better pie. Or if you're way out in the suburbs, try Papa Murphy's and you won't be disappointed.
The concept of this place is ludicrous to me. I mean why am I paying someone so much for me to cook my own pizza. After much deliberation I decided I needed to try out this silly concept.
I'm pretty happy I did. I wasn't blown away by the pie, I've made much better myself. But it dispel the notion that this concept was ludicrous... I could get why you'd chose this option considering the rest of the chain pizza joints are pretty blah. Â
I dont know if I'll do it again, or just stick to making my own pies/carryout from Bricks.
But it was worth a try.
