This was my first visit to this location since it had relocated from the Galleria (and had left Union Station) and I had forgotten just how much I loved this establishment.
The setting was warm and inviting on the snowy day. Â The staff was friendly and inviting and they had the games on the tv. Â They were filling up the ice tea faster than I could drink it.
I went with a salad, which was a reminder of their unique taste to it that's unforgettable. Â The right mixture of bacon, lettuce, and a crunchy something drizzled in their signature ranch dressing was quite filling.
Join their e-club and get specials texted and emailed to you all the time then you'll have no excuse not to go and enjoy goodness.
We wanted to go to their happy hour, but there's no seats in the bar/lounge area, so we have to forgo the good cocktail deals. I had a hard time ordering because this place seems to have a bad review on yelp. At the end, I ordered a lettuce wrap and it was pretty good. It is indeed a little bit pricey given the quality of the food. All the appetizers are around $10.
Review Source:Food was ice cold (never before have I seen a fajita plate come out NOT sizzling). Â The waitress basically ignored us after we sent it back and the bar tender had to get us our last beers. Â The fries we got for "checking in" were also sub-par and on the cold side. Â Rebranding efforts have been a bust, you guys. Â Only saving grace was the TV at the bar for the game.
