It was a Tuesday, our server was patient, friendly and knew her stuff.

1/2 bottles of wine on Tuesdays.

Great location, great service, great food.

I don't think I have ever had a "good" dining experience at Houlihans. Today I decided to give them one last shot, which leaves me here writing this review.

If you want to eat here I would say to give yourself at least two hours and expect mediocre food and service. On two separate occasions it took over a half hour to receive our appetizers and over an hour to receive our entrees. Keep in mind that during both occasions the restaurant was slow and not during peak hours. We also watched several other customers come in after us and receive their food first. To top it off, once we got our food it was cold. Our waitress did not check in on us or even think about apologizing for our wait. One of the times we asked to speak with a manager and she asked what was wrong. Really?
On a separate occasion we noticed that our waitress hasn't checked on us in a while to drop off the check and we had to ask where she was. Turns out she went home.
On a side note if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions be careful here. There have been a few times where I have found meat in my vegetarian enchiladas(no longer on the menu). This was after ordering an entree labeled vegetarian and double checking with the waitress that there was no meat. If they manage to slip up by adding ingredients they must have a very unorganized kitchen. This could have been serious if it was related to a food allergy.
The only redeeming factor is the drink specials. They have pretty good long islands too.
Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

We eat here several times a year, with friends, with family, or just as a couple. Each time we visit we are treated very well and the food is always very tasty. There are plenty of delicious choices on the menu. My only minor complaint is that sometimes our meals are brought out before we are finished with our salads, I hate to complain about prompt service, but the salads are so good I like to finish mine before starting my entree! Prices are fair for what you get. The servers are always very friendly and helpful if we have questions. We like feeling like our business is appreciated and will keep coming here as often as we can!
