In & Out Pita

I've visited In & Out twice since it opened.  The place is fairly small, with a few tables to dine in and a few chairs to sit and wait for a carryout order.  Items seem to be mostly cooked to order, so service is a bit slow.
On my first visit, I ordered from a gentleman who was very accommodating, substituting an item in the combo plate for me.  On my second visit, a lady who appeared to be the owner's wife was rude and combative.  She had agreed to substitute falafel for beef in the combo dish, then when I went to pick up my meal, she barked that next time, I will pay more to substitute.  Honestly?  Chickpeas are considerably cheaper than beef, aren't they?
As for the food, I have enjoyed it very much on both occasions.  Portions are generous, and prices are incredible.  For instance, a combo plate of salad, hummus, pita, rice, two kabobs and shawarma is $6!!  The chicken and lamb kabobs are EXCELLENT, and the falafel are tender and a bit different than expected, but very good.
Customer service needs a shot in the arm, if this lady keeps working the counter.
