Jimmy Johns is always quick to deliver a delicious sandwich, be it rain or shine. I always get the #6 veg but switch up the bread, depending on my mood. Their pickles are the juicest, most delicious, crunchiest, largest pickles I have ever seen and had in my mouth. Â They just made me a sandwich today that hit the spot. Anytime I need a solid good sandwich, I know I can count on them!
Review Source:Lunch time is loud here. There is outside seating in season which is a great place to lunch and watch people. Most people grab it to go. Â And if you want to see a parade of bike messengers, this is the place. I think they must feed half of downtown for lunch.
For me, I really appreciate Jimmy John's because they understand what a lettuce wrap should be. It is called an un-wich and is an awesome way to have a lunch meat sandwich. Â I cannot tell you (or maybe I will with other reviews) all the places I go and ask for no bun with extra lettuce and then think "are you kidding me" when served. Not at Jimmy John's. The lettuce wrap un-wich is awesome. I highly recommend you give it a try with your favorite sandwich.
Took an order and accepted payment for a sandwich was a few blocks out of delivery zone (I specifically asked them to verify my address was in the delivery area before I ordered) and then called back refusing to deliver it 15 minutes later. Â Terrible customer service! Â I used to be a delivery person for Domino's (ick don't remind me) back in the day and that would have never flown. Â We would have corrected our mistake. Â I would give this place no stars if I could.

Seriously, I usually park in expired or even "no parking today" sign blocked meters -- knowing that I can have a #16 ordered and wrapped up faster that it would take your average fat cop to walk over and ticket me.
While not quite as many choices as Subway, I think JJs is a step up. Meats are better quality, the wheat bread is awesome, and, while we won't tell my doctor, the mayo is just "mmmm".
Considering most JJ's locations are franchises, they're amazingly consistent! While not always much physical room to eat, the spaces are clean; the signs on the wall entertaining, and the staff friendly.
Also worth mentioning -- I've never seen any delivery minimum -- for food quantity or price; nice plus!
All in all, JJ's doesn't get five stars for being the world's best sandwich -- just a great sandwich served alongside the best overall sandwich experience you'll find for under $10. That, and I've never walked out disappointed.
I worked at a Jimmy John's in Boulder, CO for 4 years, and still am almost always craving a tasty sandwich. The vegetarian options are always good, either the veggie sub or the veggie club, or when I'm broke... the slim 6! I showed up about 5 minutes before they closed and they had me out the door in less than a minute with a great sandwich and a few more smiles and hellos than before I entered. These guys rock!
Review Source:Did not like this place at all. Â Went here because I heard my friends talking about this place. Â Ordered the Beach club and it was naaasty! Â The turkey meat didn't even taste like deli meat, it was super cheap meat...equivalent to the kind you'd find in a lunchable. Â The bread was soggy too. Â There was supposed to be guac or avocado spread...but it was barely thinly spread out that I thought the green stuff was relish. Â I told my friends I went here because I heard them talking about it. Â Turns out I wasn't paying much attention the first time because what they said was "DON'T go to Jimmy John's". Mini fml.

Ridiculously fast subs. I am pretty sure they have been done before I was finished ordering. Makes you think you would get some thrown together mess of veggies and cheese but they end up neat and delish every time. (Have only tried Vegetarian Sub for reasons I assume are obvious now. P.S. They only have ONE veggie sub).
Friendly enough staff. Gets pretty busy because of the location right on the circle. Lots of hipster fixie kids (not to talk sh*t my boyfriend is one of them haha). Wait is never long.
This is my choice stop if I am smack downtown. Cheap, fast, good food and outside seating for people watching.

After eating at the Jimmy John's up on Lake Circle Drive, this place reminded me of the Jimmy John's back home in downtown Chicago--smaller and busier but no less friendlier than than other locations. Â This area near The Circle gets packed with locals and tourists scouting restaurants, but there was no wait the Saturday evening I visited; they have super late hours on the weekends which is a big plus (not sure how late, so call ahead to be safe they're open).
Tasty, fun, super friendly...just what a Jimmy John's should be.
