This was hands down the worst jimmy johns I've ever eaten. I have been to quite a few all over Illinois and this was worst. I ordered a big John (number 2) and when the delivery guy came, first he forgot two of the three sandwiches and then came back when we called. I open my sandwich and the lettuce is brown and there is only ONE slice of roast beef.
I would have called and asked for something else but I wasn't very optimistic about their sandwich making skills anymore.

They need to shape up their service. Horrible.

Bad reviews for Jimmy?  It's my hands down favorite amazing sub in my life.

I have been a fan so long that I remember when the day old bread was a nickel! ( (It;s been at least 20 years.)

The #5 with extra saurce is outstanding.
