The brunch was very good. We showed up around noon and only had to wait ten minutes before getting an outside table. The mimosa carafe I think was made for four people, but the two of us had no problem drinking the whole thing to help us to "digest" the heavy breakfast. Â I had the beef brisket with biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy. The brisket was amazing! They have good BBQ sauce to put on it as well. The biscuit was a corn one that was very good and dense. The potatoes were mixed with cream cheese and then topped with bacon gravy, so the whole thing was very dense and heavy. One of the waiters was super nice too.
Review Source:Let me start by saying that I really wanted to like this place. I love that they started as a food truck, and I was looking forward to some good BBQ and beers. Unfortunately, when we went on a Tuesday, they were out of two of their four draft beers, and the cheapest remaining draft beer was $8 for a 10 oz pour. Â For food I ordered the pick 2 platter with pastrami, brisket, fries and beans. The beans were amazing - spicy and sweet with barbecue sauce and pulled pork in them. Everything else was disappointing. The meats were pretty flavorless, and the pastrami was dry. The brisket was also fatty (even for brisket). The fries were boring, and quite possibly frozen. Friends ordered falafel, which was pretty good but small, and a pulled pork sandwich, which was ok after he smothered it in barbecue sauce. Overall we were disappointed and probably won't go back.
