Great Ambiance and Service. Quality (&yummy) Food, Great Value and the Coffee is bliss in a cup...

I am absolutely obsessed with their hummus plate and delis Kale Smoothie!
Unless I switch my smoothie for Coffee, this is pretty much the uzhe for me.

I usually come here by myself, but I've brought everyone from my Sister, 8 year old cousin to a boyfriend....and Everyone enjoys it. Even my 8 Year old cousin is hooked on Tryst. :)

Great hipster coffee shop in Adams Morgan. Every time I go I get the Chai Latte and am not disappointed. Great any time of the day. At night the coffee shop turns into a bar with most people drinking.

It's often easy to tell if you will feel comfortable at a coffee shop or cafe the first time that you walk in. Tryst has an energy that is overwhelming positive from the front door to the back tables.

With a seat yourself system, it is possible to find the first available table for your needs. While this can obviously get taxing, I've found that more often than not it's a quicker way to get people situated. It helps that the majority of customers are friendly and willing to share tables, couches etc. There are some larger tables for group dining, a bar, smaller tables, couches and easy chairs. No matter what your desired arrangement there is something for you.

The drinks are top notch. From the frozen espresso drinks to the lighter sodas and teas, quality and care are put into all. The food is similarly diverse and the baked goods in particular have a hand made touch that can be hard to find at a more standard establishment.

Friendly staff and (in my experience) very fast service only help to make this place a great location for reading, socializing or grabbing a bite.
