You know, Le Bar really needs its own Yelp page. I get it,  Marché nearly runs 5th Street: Provisions, Le Bar,  Marché itself...but each space is unique, with its own offerings, quirks, and bennies.
I think Le Bar was a very smart choice for the owners. It offers a more hip setting, smaller plates, and intimate atmosphere, with the same high-quality, locavorian sensibility as its parent restaurant. In addition to the nightlife here, I also find it to be an incredible lunch spot. They offer soup/salad combos, unique specials, and great service -- much less stuffy than the main restaurant across the aisle. Â
If you've not been, it's a definite must-stop. Again, you'll have the same French-American greatness, but with less fuss and a smaller pricetag.
