Maxwell Street Bus Stop

Alas, this greasy spork in the parking lot of Clybourn Market was razed. Now the closest grease at 4:00 a.m. is Tony's at Damen and Belmont.

I normally hate grease, but at 4 in the morning after a night of drinking, nothing makes your stomach happier!  Everything is smothered in onions and the fries are soaking in grease (I won't even touch them), but they are free w/ every order.

The times I've gone, the guys behind the counter are fairly attentive.

Because of the time and the fact most that patronize here are coming home from clubs, etc. it makes for some interesting people watching. Definitely not a place I would recommend coming to alone (I once saw a girl leap on her bf for no reason only to have him restrain her on the ground, they get up and 10 min. later, she's trying to claw his face out).  I always follow the buddy system when I come here.

The guy who works there is always on his cell phone and does'nt listen to your order so he screws it up. Otherwise cheap and fast and smothered with onions.
