Side Street Saloon

Excellent! Perfect dive bar that is cozy and quite. We ordered the cheese curds for an appetizer and these were delicious! We also ordered a pizza (I can't remember which one) and I have to say this is the best thin crust pizza in Chicago. We devoured everything and will definitely be going back soon!!

this bar does have good pizza - its very thin and fresh. The pizza oven cooks it while it's spinning in a circle.
cheese curds = awesome and garlic tomato bread was great - also they have very good burgers.

I dont know why they dont have their specials on their website but they do have some pretty good ones. The bathroom here is gross.

They have a pool table and outdoor area. parking is ok around here, not great.
they also have rumchata but ran out when I was there and also ran out of Malibu - Liquor selection is pretty Poor.
Staff is pretty nice.  They also have a jukebox and outdoor seating

Sidestreet actually has great food and good dive bar atmosphere.  However, the service is awful. Ever since they expanded a few years ago, they never seem to have enough servers.  So if we're going to have a few beers we usually end up going up to the bar for half of them because we can't get the waitress. If I want to get up and get my own beer, I'll do it at home.
