Mulligans

I really like Mulligans as far as chill bars downtown goes it's one of the least douchey or club-like college bars you can find. I like to stop in once or twice a month for a drink.  Every Tues night is 2for1 can you say HELLO? Awesome deal. The bartenders and the doorman are always really nice and helpful. One of my favorite things about Mulli's is there are like 10 pool tables, and best of all, they have a pretty decent sized menu with food that is actually GOOD. Granted it's bar food, but not nearly as shitty as you'd imagine. Had a few different things now and can't complain about a single one. Tasty stuff. Def one of my fav low-key bars.

Stopped in for a quick beverage after a work event. Decent draft prices and a range of locals/regionals on draft. Food prices about par for the course, as was the delivery. I'd go back if in the vicinity, but it wouldn't make any top 5 lists.

This place is hit and miss.

Sometimes the scene is relaxed and fun filled with hipster, bullshit jokes.
(I like to laugh)

The bar food is always righteous.

The jukebox puts a smile on my face and the PBR 40s always make my days seem better.

However, most days Mulligans is filled with a whole bunch of jerk faces that believe that their sole purpose in this bar is to show off their tattoos and talk shit about other people who do not have tattoos and/or piercing. It's quite simple minded if you ask me.

I'll be back though....I always come back.
