Oceanique

Two stars. The first for the food, which for the price didn't blow my mind. The second star for the lovely gentlemen who brought out the food and bussed dishes.

Where did they lose points? For having "mixologists" the 17$ cocktail had everything to be desired. Next don't offer a groupon if you don't wish to treat all your guests the same. The waiter was cordial but uninviting and clearly disinterested in myself and my girlfriend. Lets just say you could smell the pretension from his sweaty brow. With his head so high he managed to spill an entire flute of champagne on the couple next to us and didn't notice a quantity was received by my girlfriend.

Given the waiters negativity, spilling champagne and not noticing the 18% gratuity was astronomical. I expected better. At least some human decency. Never going back.

Amazingly fresh ingredients.  Had the 5 course tasting menu and I'm very impressed with how fresh their scallops, turbot and the vegetables were.  Staff is courteous and you may find it a bit formal.  Great wine selection and beware, it's pricey.  

Definitely no kids.
